Overview of the billing & payments process

1. Send Payment Link
   The merchant creates a payment—an instant invoice, subscription, or payment link—and sends it to the customer.

2. Customer Views Invoice
   The customer opens the link to review the invoice and payment details.

3. Customer Completes Payment
   Payment is made securely through Stream’s platform.

4. Payment Successful & Received
   The merchant receives confirmation, and funds are tracked and can be viewed in the dashboard.

That’s the core flow. For subscriptions/installments, the card is tokenized after the first charge so future cycles run automatically. Behind the scenes, Stream handles reminders, reconciliation, and accounting sync.
