With Stream, the onboarding process is super seamless and simple. Follow these simple steps to complete your self-onboarding and start accepting payments right away.

Required Documents!
Please make sure you have the following documents ready for a smooth (Self-Onboarding Process)

Commercial Registration (CR)
A valid copy of your business commercial registration. -
IBAN Certificate
A valid bank certificate that is associated with the CR. -
Owner Information
ID, phone number, and date of birth for the business owner(s). -
Activity License
Any license linked to your CR, as required by government regulations. -
Website or Social Media Page
A valid website link, or an official social media page that is associated with the CR. -
Return Policy
Your business’s return/refund policy.
Step 1: Fill in Your Business Details
Enter all the required information about your business, including:
Business type
Business name (as per CR document)
- Business name (used with customers)
- Website or social medial url
VAT (optional)
Owner ID
Owner DOB
Step 2: Complete Your Information
Enter all the required information about (Commercial Registration & Bank information):
Business type
Business name (as per CR document)
- Business name (used with customers)
- Website or social medial url
VAT (optional)
Owner ID
Owner DOB
Step 3: Additional Information
You could enter any optional documents:
- Activity license number
Activity license file (PDF files only)
Step 4: Confirm Your Pricing Plan
Review the standard Stream pricing plan:
- Pay as you go: 0.8% on all payments

Step 5: Ready for e-signature
Congratulations! you have completed all of the steps. Before starting using stream and receiving payments, an email is sent with a contract ready to be signed by you
