Payment Status Explained

Payment statuses indicate the current state of a customer’s payment, from paid to unpaid, overdue or refund. All payment types:

1. Unpaid
   Payment has not yet been completed.

2. Paid
   Payment has been successfully completed.

3. Overdue
   Payment has not been completed and the due date has passed.

4. Failed
   Automatic withdrawal was unsuccessful. The system will continue retrying.

5. Refunded
   The payment amount has been refunded back to the customer.
