When a Customer Pays

When your customer makes a payment through Stream, here’s what happens:

1. Payment is confirmed by Stream:
   • Invoice status becomes complete.
   • You receive an email confirming the payment.
2. The funds go through a short processing window (depends on card type — Check Payment Processing Times).
3. Once cleared, the funds become available for settlement.
